Meet Alexis

Director / Producer Alexis Agliano Sanborn has studied Japanese culture for over a decade and is a specialist in Japanese food education and school lunch, writing regularly on the subjects for academic and non-academic audiences.  She received her AM from Harvard University in East Asian Studies and an MPA from New York University. Alexis is a self-taught cook and has made a particular study of Japanese school lunch recipes. She also is a podcast producer & host, artist, and creative writer.
